As professional as they come. Blair was patient and respectful as my wife and I looked for our new home. He took the time to show us different neighbourhoods, and never once did I feel pressure to buy, if the house wasn't just right. On the sale side, Blair provided a very thorough step-by-step plan on how we were going to best market our house. In the end I firmly believe that it was because of Blair that we extracted as much value from our previous house as we did. Well worth the investment, and should we move again or if anyone was looking for an agent I would be the first to recommend! Thanks again!

Blair did a great job selling my girl friends downtown toronto condo in time for us to move to our new cabbagetown townhouse.
