I had the pleasure of working with Blair in a previous industry and during that period of time valued him as a college and a friend. When I was looking for a Real-estate Agent this past year I had no qualms about hiring Blair base on my experience with him as a person and colleague prior. Blair is a consummate professional that gets results. He's also a great guy who is really easy to work with. Not only was he able to sell our property in record time (a custom property in a unique market with high appeal to a very small range of buyers) at the price we wanted, he was able to see through the constraints of a fickle market and find us an amazing new home with minimal stress for us and negotiated a price that was well below sellers asking. I can't recommend Blair enough and would encourage any one I know to rely on his expertise to make their next sale and purchase as easy and hassle-free as possible.

As professional as they come. Blair was patient and respectful as my wife and I looked for our new home. He took the time to show us different neighbourhoods, and never once did I feel pressure to buy, if the house wasn't just right. On the sale side, Blair provided a very thorough step-by-step plan on how we were going to best market our house.
