He was very proactive throughout the entire process, from offering us constructive ideas and insight during our renovations, to setting and attaining a selling price that our entire family was very pleased with. Blair is a consummate professional that gets results. He's also a great guy who is really easy to work with. Not only was he able to sell our property in record time (a custom property in a unique market with high appeal to a very small range of buyers) at the price we wanted, he was able to see through the constraints of a fickle market and find us an amazing new home with minimal stress for us and negotiated a price that was well below sellers asking. I can't recommend Blair enough and would encourage any one I know to rely on his expertise to make their next sale and purchase as easy and hassle-free as possible.
